Buying Power
Golden Eagle purchases hundreds of truck loads of materials each year directly from factories such as sawmills, cabinetry, window, door, and truss manufacturers, just to name a few. Unlike a builder that buys from a lumberyard, we have the purchasing power to buy factory-direct, which allows us to keep our prices competitive. Super Insulated Golden Eagle offers traditional full log, high-performance insulated R-31 full log, and insulated half log. We also offer custom timber, exposed beam, and timber frame homes with walls up to R-72 and roof systems up to R-80. Our logs and timbers are kiln-dried and third-party inspected. Textures, Shapes, and Sizes
Golden Eagle manufactures over 400 choices of log and timber textures, shapes, and sizes. We offer textures such as hand-hewn, hand-peeled, smooth, and standard peel. Our shapes are round, square, and “D” as well as rectangles from 6″ to 12″. Service Beginning from the time we start your home design, continuing through your build and lasting through the warranty after the sale, we care about you and making sure your new custom home turns out beautifully.
